Felting
The effect of the threading process, which causes the woolen fabric to become inflected. The creaking power is the ability of wool fibres, under certain conditions of heat and humidity, and with a mechanical compression, regeneration and adhesion, forming a compact and durable assembly. The process can be done both on the fabrics (foil fabrics) and on the fibres (feltri).
