Teaseling

Operation finishing destined to lift the surface nap of the fabric. The effect is obtained by sliding the piece into contact with rotating cylinders with metal tips (gauze) or vegetable honeycombs, which raise the surface coat of the cloth creating a more or less pungent appearance, depending on how much the operation is pushed .
