Satin

It is the name of the third fundamental armor, also called satin. This term defines all the fabrics that use this weave and therefore are smooth, shaved, and silent gloss. The effect is due to the particular type of reinforcement, which provides low-bonding points and does not produce any characteristic grit effects of the canvases and diagonals. For this reason, the satin reinforcement fabrics are more delicate and sensitive to wear and tear than those with other armor. They can be fabricated with any textile fibre.
