Croisé
French term referring to a fabric with crossed, twill or balanced// weave with weft effect. The resulting effect is a herringbone weave. It is made from cotton for lining materials and with cotton warp and carded wool weft for garments. In the woollen sector, the term indicates hybridised wools.
